SEQUENCE OF PREPARATION FOR PRODUCTION
The project manager communicates with the customer about their ideas and intentions, reviews their sketches or samples, introduces them to the company's pricing policy, and agrees on all the necessary details of further cooperation.
The project manager acquaints the customer with the list of components required for the production of the shirt and offers a list of companies that supply high quality fabric and accessories, with offers on prices and terms of cooperation. We can also offer you many items from our warehouse, which will significantly save you money and time.
Pattern development is the most important part of a product development project. The quality of sewing and the level of comfort that the end customer will experience depends on how well the patterns are made.
After the patterns are developed, a sample is sewn, and all possible errors are analysed during the sewing process so that no errors occur in the subsequent mass production of this model that could affect the quality of the entire batch.
The customer looks at the sample, makes comments on the tailoring, and analyses how the product looks on the figure. After that, a list of suggestions, improvements and changes is drawn up.
Based on the changes, a reference pattern is stitched. It is accompanied by technical documentation and a measurement sheet for the finished product of all sizes. At this stage, the customer receives everything he needs to place an order at any production facility, namely: patterns in electronic form, a reference - a sample of the finished product and technical documentation with a measurement sheet for the finished product.
