We are a reliable garment company for the 21st century and are fully committed to fulfilling our obligations to our employees. Our production is carried out in a facility that meets internationally recognised social standards based on the principles of fairness. We constantly strive to ensure that our products stand out not only in terms of their environmental friendliness and high quality, but also in accordance with clearly defined social standards; we monitor compliance with these standards and humane working conditions.

We adhere to a strict ban on any form of child labour, forced labour or discrimination of any kind. This approach is driven not only by our moral and ethical convictions, but also by the belief that high quality products can only be created in a favourable environment.

One of the Company's most important goals is to comply with industrial safety, labour protection and environmental protection in line with the current level of technological progress and society as a whole.
Our company provides its employees with a safe and healthy working environment. We have developed measures to prevent man-made accidents, employees are provided with appropriate protective equipment and all production facilities are equipped with fire-fighting equipment. Employees responsible for safety are trained annually.

The company strives to find innovative ways to reduce energy consumption, create waste-free production and reuse materials to minimise its environmental impact and make rational use of ecological resources.

Waste generated at the production site is separated for recycling, including cardboard boxes, containers and plastic packaging materials; used electronic devices, chargers, lamps, etc. are handed over to collection and recycling centres

The company complies with all the requirements of the current environmental legislation of Ukraine.

The company has organised the work process and working conditions on the principle of comfort, openness, and mutual respect, which contributes to maximum employee satisfaction.
Our employees have the opportunity to work in comfortable conditions, all of them are provided with drinking water, a convenient place for meals, which in turn is equipped with all the necessary equipment.

Remuneration and motivation of the Company's employees is based on the following general principles: setting a minimum guaranteed level of remuneration for all professionally qualified groups of employees; periodic salary increases; and the use of flexible bonus systems to optimally take into account the employee's contribution to the Company's work process as a whole.

The company provides employees with training and professional development opportunities. The management team visits the production facilities of well-known clothing companies and annual international exhibitions to gain new experience. Representatives of well-known companies are invited to the company to give lectures and training on new products in the textile industry and light industry engineering. The company has also set up a training group to help people learn a working profession.
