If you have already developed a model that you plan to firmware, namely:
Once we have a model sample, a technical description of the model, and the model patterns in electronic form, we can start mass production of this model.
The production department assembles the cutting parts and performs technological operations according to the technical documentation. Our production is equipped with all the necessary equipment to create a high-quality shirt of any complexity. Our duty is to produce a quality product and deliver it to the customer in a timely manner.
Production in Europe. We are a Ukrainian manufacturer.
DETERMINING THE QUANTITATIVE, PRICE AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ORDER AND THE TIMEFRAME FOR ITS EXECUTION.
In order to get the best price, the minimum order quantity should be 300 pieces per model. What this means: you can order a certain model in three colours, for example, and each colour will be produced in certain sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL. That is, the order will contain 20 pieces of the same colour in the same size.
We can also produce orders in smaller quantities, but the cost of our services will be higher, proportionally to the increase in our production costs.
Change in the cost of our services depending on the number of units in one model in the order:
- from 300 units in one model,
- from 100 to 300 units in one model,
- from 4 to 100 units in one model,
- from 2 to 4 units in one model,
- 1 unit in one model.
To start production, we need:
- the customer's order, where they specify the number of colours and sizes in the model,
- a technical description of the model and specifications for the fabric and accessories from which the order will be made, as well as model patterns in electronic form in exp. or dxf format.
- a sample of the product so that we can meet your technological standards when manufacturing the order.
The production time depends on the quantities of the order and the current production workload, as well as the availability of fabric. If fabric or components need to be ordered, this will significantly increase the production time. For each specific order, the order manager agrees with the customer on the production time of the order.
